General info and cancellations
- Check in time is between 3:00-6:00 PM - please call us if it will be later or earlier. Check in is in our office which is located in our house.
- Check out time is 11:00 AM.
- No Pets allowed - violators will be charged a $100 cleaning fee and possible loss of future privileges. We need to maintain a pet free facility for guests with allergies.
- No smoking allowed inside the cabin - if there is any smoke odor in cabin, there will be a $100 cleaning fee charge and possible loss of future privileges.
- A credit card used for the deposit and security is required to reserve a cabin.
- As of October 14, 2015 a $50 per night (refundable) deposit is billed to your card when booking. If you want to pay cash upon arrival, we will still need a down payment on a credit card for security.
Deposit will be deducted from your balance due upon check-in.
Balance will be due at time of check-in. We accept Cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or Discover).
- Our rates are for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12 - $10.00 per extra person, per night
- There is a 6% lodging tax added to all bookings
- A 7-day notice is required for cancellation or date change to avoid charges.
- A 14-day notice needs to be given for any reservations made for 4 or more nights.
- If proper notice is given your deposit will be refunded in full. Any later cancellations, no matter the circumstances, result in charges.
- Cancellation is not complete until you receive a confirmation of cancellation back from us.
*Failure to adhere to these policies may result in additional charges and or loss of privileges.
We reserve the right to change and amend any policies as needed.
